Pennies from Heaven for Pets is a local Animal Welfare Program devoted to pets, their families and the communities in which they live. A collective effort of volunteers has obtained a building and are coordinating with local families, farmers, professionals and business owners to establish and maintain a self-sustaining community center. This center provides needed education, resources, referrals and a meeting place for those that are currently effected and/or soon will be effected by the financial crisis and the collapse of the U.S. as they have come to know it.
The project is designed with duplication in mind to provide a model that can be applied in any community. The future of our families, children and pets is dependent on those willing to donate time, energy and dollars that will prevent mass pain and suffering. Won't you please chip in today?
